Why Udoox

Complete on day one, not after a six-month project.

What is true of every Udoox product, whichever one you run.

The argument

Software that already knows your business

Most business software arrives empty. It can be made to fit a restaurant, a hotel, a shop, a school or a factory — but only after months of setup, a consultant's bill and a long list of things your team has to work around in the meantime.

Every Udoox product is built for one kind of business and arrives already set up for it. The screens use the words your staff already use, the reports are the ones an owner actually asks for, and the work of shaping it around the way you work is done before you ever log in.

Eight reasons

Why owners stay with us

These hold true whichever Udoox product you run, and they are the reasons people give when they tell us why they moved.

One system

Billing, stock, buying, people and accounts all sit in the same place. Nothing to connect together, nothing to reconcile at the end of the month, and one set of numbers everybody works from.

Live in days

It arrives set up for your kind of business, so most of what other systems ask you to configure is already done. Your team is serving customers on it the same week, without a training programme.

Works offline

Billing and the floor keep running when the internet drops, and everything catches up on its own once the connection is back. A router should never be able to close your counter.

AI included

Forecasts, warnings and plain-language answers come with the system at no extra cost and nothing charged per use. It tells you what needs attention while there is still time to act.

Owner control

Every discount, void, price change and cash difference carries a name and a reason. Nothing is quietly deleted, so you can be away from the business and still know what happened.

Room to grow

Add a counter, a branch, a campus or a second plant on the same system. One product list, one price policy and one set of reports, however many locations you end up running.

Runs on what you have

A counter machine, a laptop, a tablet or a phone — the screens follow the device. No special hardware to buy before you can start, and your existing printers and scanners keep working.

Your data stays yours

Your business data lives on your own system, and you can take a full copy of it whenever you want. No lock-in, and no clause that holds your records hostage at renewal time.

Included everywhere

The same foundation under every product

Not extra modules to price up later. Part of the system from the first day, whichever product you buy.

The questions owners actually ask

Answered here in full, so you do not have to sit through a call to find out.

How is this different from a general ERP?

A general ERP is a toolkit. It can be shaped into a system for your kind of business, but that shaping is a project — months of work, a consultant, and a long wait before anyone gets any use out of it. A Udoox product arrives already shaped. You are looking at your own kind of screens on the first day, and the setup work is limited to your own products, prices and people.

Which Udoox product do I need?

The one that matches your business: Restro for restaurants, cafes and bars; Hospitality for hotels, resorts and guest houses; Retail for shops and chains; EduTech for schools, colleges and coaching centres; Production for factories and job shops. They are sold separately — you buy the one you run, not a bundle.

How long does it take to go live?

Days rather than months for most businesses. Your products, prices, customers, suppliers and opening balances are imported from a spreadsheet during setup, and your staff learn the screens they use in an afternoon because those screens follow the way they already work.

What happens to the system I use today?

We bring your data across. Product lists, price lists, customers, suppliers, staff and opening stock all come over during setup, and you can keep your old system open in read-only form for as long as it makes you comfortable.

Do I need new hardware?

Usually not. It runs on a counter machine, a laptop, a tablet or a phone, and works with the printers, scanners and cash drawers you already have. If something in your setup is not supported, we tell you before you buy, not afterwards.

Can I run more than one location?

Yes, and it costs you nothing in complexity. One product list, one price policy and one set of reports across every location, while each one keeps its own stock, its own rates and its own staff.

What if the internet goes down?

Billing and floor operations carry on. Everything you do offline syncs by itself the moment the connection is back, so you never turn a customer away or fall back to writing bills by hand.

Who owns the data?

You do. It sits on your own system, you can download a full copy whenever you want, and nothing about your business is sold, shared or used to train anything.
