The company

Udoox is built by people who have been writing business software for more than 15 years.

Braincrew Apps is an ERP development company and an Official Odoo Partner. Udoox is what we learned, turned into products you can buy off the shelf.

How it began

15+ years of client projects, now five ready-made products

For more than 15 years we have built ERP systems to order, and we still do. Custom work is how we learned what each of these businesses actually needs, and it remains a large part of what we do.

Along the way we noticed how much of every project was the same work: the same billing, the same stock, the same approvals, the same reports an owner asks for at the end of the month. Work worth doing once, properly, so that the next business does not have to pay for it again.

Udoox is that work, finished and packaged: five products, each ready for one kind of business on the first day. Take a product as it comes, or have us build on top of it — the custom team that shaped these products is the same one you would work with.

Mission

Put every business on software that is ready for it on day one

A business should not have to fund a software project to get software. We take what 15+ years of client work taught us about a kind of business, finish it, and sell it as a product — so a single outlet gets the same system a large group would have paid a year of consulting for.

Vision

A small business running on the same quality of software as a large one

The gap between what a chain can afford and what a single shop can afford should be a matter of scale, not of quality. We want the owner of one counter to have the same visibility, the same control and the same forecasting as the group down the road.

Our expertise

What 15+ years of ERP work actually taught us

Not a list of technologies. The hard parts that decide whether business software actually works once real people start using it.

Getting the business model right

A kitchen, a front desk, a shop floor, a classroom and a machine shop each have their own logic, their own words and their own exceptions. Getting that model right is most of the work, and it is the part a generic system leaves to you.

Software that survives a bad connection

Counters and floors cannot stop because a line went down. Working offline and reconciling cleanly afterwards is a design decision taken at the start; it cannot be added to a system that assumed the network would always be there.

Accounting that stands up to an audit

Every transaction has to land in the books correctly, with the tax treatment your country expects and a trail that holds when someone checks it. We have built that for enough regimes to know where the traps are.

Hardware that has to just work

Printers, scanners, weighing scales, cash drawers, card machines, kitchen displays, attendance devices. The unglamorous integrations that decide whether a system is usable at seven in the evening.

Moving a business off its old system

Years of products, prices, customers, balances and half-clean data, brought across without losing history and without a week of downtime. We have done this often enough to have a method rather than a hope.

Screens people learn in an afternoon

The people using this are busy, and most were not hired for their software skills. A screen that follows the way they already work needs no training programme, and a screen that does not will be worked around.

Scale that arrives quietly

One counter becomes three, one branch becomes a chain, one plant becomes two. Handling that without a migration project is an architectural choice, made long before a customer needs it.

AI that is useful rather than impressive

Forecasts and warnings worked out from a business's own numbers, on its own system, are worth more to an owner than a chat box. That is the half we built in, and it is why it costs nothing extra.

Our values

How we deal with the people who pay us

15+ years and a 98% retention rate come from these, not from a sales process.

We say no when it is not a fit

If a Udoox product is wrong for how you work, we will tell you in the demo rather than sell it and hope. A customer who should never have bought is worse for us than a sale we did not make.

Priced without games

What a thing costs is what you are quoted. No per-feature surprises after signature, no charge for the module you assumed was included, no bill for asking a question.

Plain answers, from people who know

You get a straight answer about what the software does and does not do — from someone who has worked on it, not from a script written by somebody who has not.

We stay after go-live

The relationship starts at go-live, it does not end there. Most of our customers have been with us for years, through new branches, new rules and new versions.

Simple beats clever

Every screen is judged on whether a busy person can use it without being taught. Where clever and simple disagree, simple wins — clever is for the code, not for the counter.

We own our mistakes

When something we built is wrong, we say so, we fix it, and we do not bill you for the fix. That is the whole policy.

Working with us

What happens between the demo and your first busy day

No mystery, no open-ended project. This is the whole sequence, and for most businesses it takes days rather than months.

We look at your business first

A conversation and a demonstration on your kind of data, so you can see the actual screens your team would use before any money changes hands.

We set it up for you

Your products, prices, taxes, locations, users and rights are configured for you. You are not handed an empty system and a manual.

We bring your data across

Items, customers, suppliers, staff, opening stock and balances are imported from whatever you use today, and checked against your own totals.

We train the people who will use it

Short sessions for each role rather than one long class — the counter, the floor, the office and the owner each learn only their own screens.

We stand next to you at go-live

Someone is with you through the first busy period, because that is when the real questions arrive and the answers cannot wait for a ticket.

We stay after it is working

Support, updates and whatever the business grows into next — another branch, another integration, a report you did not need last year.

How we build

Three rules we do not bend

Finished before it is sold

A Udoox product ships set up for the business it is built for. If something has to be built before a customer can use it, it is not ready to be a product yet, and we say so rather than selling a project.

The owner comes first

Every discount, void, price change and adjustment carries a name and a reason. Software should make a business more visible to the person who carries the risk, not less.

Your data is yours

It stays on your system, you can export all of it whenever you want, and nothing about your business is sold, shared or used to train anything.

Support from people who know your business

The person who answers you should understand what happens at seven in the evening in a restaurant, or on the last day of an admission season. We staff support that way on purpose.

Braincrew Apps

You deal with the people who wrote it

There is no reseller between you and us, and no outsourced helpdesk. The engineers who built your product are the ones who answer when you need something changed, fixed or explained — and they are the same team you would hire for custom work.
