AI that works when the internet doesn't.
Included with every Udoox product, at no extra cost. It watches your own sales and operations, tells you what needs your attention, and never acts on its own.
Not a chatbot bolted on the side
Most business software has added a chat box that answers questions about the software. That is not what this is.
Udoox AI reads your own numbers — your sales, your stock, your bookings, your machines, your fees — and tells you what needs your attention today. It comes with every Udoox product at no extra cost, and there is nothing to switch on before it starts working.
Six things it does for you
The same six in every product. What changes is what it is looking at — a kitchen, a front desk, a shop floor, a classroom or a machine shop.
Tells you what is about to run out
It knows how fast things move at this time of day, in this season, and warns you while there is still time to do something about it.
Explains why a number moved
When your cost, your margin or your takings jump, it names the cause instead of leaving you to hunt for it through reports.
Flags what looks wrong
Unusual voids, discounts, cash differences and stock adjustments are scored by person, so a pattern is caught early rather than after a year.
Predicts how busy you will be
A forecast for the days ahead from your own history, so you buy the right quantity and put the right number of people on shift.
Sums up the day in a paragraph
One short summary of what happened and what needs you tomorrow, waiting on your phone when the day closes.
Answers you in plain words
Ask what your best day was, or which item lost money last month, the way you would ask a manager — and get the answer, not a report to build.
The same eyes, on five different businesses
What Udoox AI watches for depends on the product you run.
- A dish about to run out tonight
- Why food cost moved, and on which dish
- Bills and voids worth a second look
- How busy this weekend will be
- Guest reviews summed up, with a reply drafted
- Occupancy for the weeks ahead
- A rate that is leaving money on the table
- Bookings likely to cancel or not turn up
- Housekeeping load before the day starts
- Guest feedback summed up, with a reply drafted
- What to reorder, and how much
- Stock that is quietly dying on the shelf
- Where your margin actually went
- Counter activity that does not add up
- Which lines to push this week
- Fees likely to be paid late
- Students slipping on attendance or marks
- Which classes need another section
- Admission enquiries worth following up
- A term summary written for the head
- Jobs that will miss their promised date
- The three causes eating the most hours
- A machine behaving differently than usual
- Jobs running over their quoted cost
- What tomorrow's shift should start with
It suggests. You decide. Always.
An owner should never find out that software did something on their behalf. These four rules are what Udoox AI is built to.
Never acts on its own
Nothing is ordered, priced, discounted, sent or approved by the AI. It puts a suggestion in front of a person, and waits.
Your data stays yours
Everything it works from stays on your own system. Nothing about your business is sold, shared, or used to train anybody's model.
You can see its reasoning
Every warning names the records it came from, so you can open them and judge for yourself instead of trusting a number.
Off is a real option
Turn any part of it off and the rest of your system works exactly as before. Nothing you rely on daily depends on the AI being on.
What it costs, what it sees, what it will never do
What does Udoox AI cost?
Nothing extra. It is part of every Udoox product, with no separate licence, no account to open and nothing metered per question.
Does it really work without internet?
Yes. Forecasts, alerts, anomaly scoring and daily summaries are worked out on your own system from your own data, so they carry on through an outage exactly as before.
Where does my business data go?
Nowhere. Your business data stays on your own system, and nothing about it is sold, shared or used to train anything.
Can it change prices or place orders by itself?
No, and it is built so that it cannot. It can recommend a reorder quantity or a rate, but a person has to look at it and approve it. Every approval is recorded with a name.
How accurate are the forecasts?
They learn from your own history, so they get better through your first few weeks and are strongest where you have a settled pattern. They are there to point you at what deserves attention, not to replace your judgement about your own business.
Do I need to set anything up?
No. It starts working from the data you already have, with nothing to configure and nothing to switch on.
Can I turn it off?
Yes, entirely or feature by feature. Nothing you use every day depends on it being on, so switching it off costs you nothing but the suggestions.
